I’ve heard if everyone replaces their old lightbulbs with the better flo’s then it’s like taking a million cars off the road. Can we still help the planet if we continued driving like we do?

<p

Our energy policy (do we have one?) is bringing greater profits to the oil companies at the expense of the consumer – and Washington is doing nothing. Do we (consumers) really need to keep putting profits into the hands of companies where there are NO alternatives to the service/supply?

What would be the best course of action to take to lower the cost of gasoline? What alternatives do you support? Or what are the limits on alternatives?
